Goods purchased by mail order may be returned within 7 days for a full refund or replacement, provided they are unused and accompanied by proof of purchase. We regret that we cannot extend this to cover rubbers, materials, etc. which have been cut off rolls, unless we have provided the wrong goods to your order, or they are in some way faulty. If you are in doubt please request samples and/or snippets for your inspection prior to ordering.

For faulty or damaged goods we must be notified on receipt of goods. If goods were sent by carrier please sign "damaged" if apparent. A claim submitted if goods are received and endorsed "not checked", "unexamined" or different words of the same effect on the Delivery Note will not be adequate in the case of a claim being made.

The right to cancel allows you time to examine the goods. The cooling off period starts when the contract is concluded and ends 7 working days after the day the goods are received. Order cancellations must be submitted to us in writing - email or letter. When customers exercise the right to cancel they are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and to return them to us in the condition they were supplied. It shall be the responsibility of the customer to cover return postage costs. It is advised that returned items be sent via recorded mail as we cannot be responsible for lost items.

All goods remain the property of The Seven Workshop Limited until payment has been received in full.

Payment is made with order, thank you. Any credit or debit will be shown on the invoice. Any balance due should be made immediately the goods are received.
